In 2018, someone introduced her to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) and from that point onwards Alice has become solely focussed on helping leaders get what they want from their business by learning how to use the EOS.

After spending the first 20+ years of her career in ‘joined-up’ corporate life with H-P, British Gas, Avon Cosmetics and Bakkavor - Alice left that world in 2008 to set up her own business : Innerstrengths. Since then she has spent the last 16 years working with leaders of small and medium-sized businesses, delivering award winning growth programmes.
And if you want to know more about Alice outside of work – she and her husband Andy love to spend time with their tribe of five teenage and adult children. Alice admits she loves all new experiences and will try her hand at most things – cycling the Tour De France route in North Yorkshire (pushing her bike at times), travelling around Europe in a vintage motorhome, live music (admits being one of the eldest in the audience most of the time) and has a real passion still for competitive netball – albeit these days – it is about the taking part for as long as possible that now counts!
